16 oz. chicken stock
1 can black or white beans, drained
1 bay leaf
4 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 T. butter
1 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients, except butter and flour, to a pot. Bring to boil, then cover and simmer until veggies are soft, approximately 30 minutes.
2. Remove bay leaf. Use hand blender to puree.
3. To bind soup: melt butter, then mix in flour. Add mixture to hot soup.
