6 sweet Italian sausages
1 # beef cubes
1 L. onion, sliced
2 med cloves garlic
2 cans kidney beans
2 med green peppers
4 potatoes
2 cans kidney beans
1 TSR. salt & pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 C. water.
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add onion, garlic & green pepper till a little tender.

Add remaining ingredients and cover .
Bake 350 degrees about 1 or-15min
