1 can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 ounce)
1 cup of hot water
1 package of lime gelatin (3 ounce)
1 package of cream cheese (8 ounce)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 bottle of 7 up (7 ounce)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple juice into a bowl. Add enough water to juice to make one cup of liquid and bring it to a boil. Pour the liquid into a blender and add the cream cheese and gelatin. Blend on medium for about two minutes or until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla and 7 up. Blend on high for one minute. Add the pineapple and blend on low for another minute. Pour into desired mold or cup and chill in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
