3 oz Lemon Jello
1 c hot water
8 oz cream cheese
1 lg can evaporated milk chilled
2 T lemon juice
1 c sugar + 2 T
1 lg box Vanilla Wafers
1/2 c Margarine melted
Directions:
Directions:
Crush vanilla wafers add 2 T sugar & melted margarine
put in large pan 9X13 dish save 1 c crumbs for top.
Dissolve Jello in hot water put in fridge until texture of egg whites. Mix cream cheese with 1 c sugar beat chilled milk add lemon juice stir Jello into the cream mix, pour over crust and sprinkle remaining vanilla wafer crumbs on top and refrigerate.
