1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg pistachio pudding
1 c oil
1 c 7 UP
3 eggs
1/2 c chopped nuts

Frosting (see below)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.

Frosting: 1 pkg pistacio pudding, 1 1/2 c cold milk, 1 container of cool whip.

Beat according to pudding directions. Add cool whip. Frost cake.
