1 lg can Peaches (do not drain)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
1cup Margarine or Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 11/2 cup Margarine in 13X9 or similar size pan and pour can of fruit over this. Beat together sugar, flour, milk, and flavoring and pour on top of the fruit and slice 1 stick of margarine and put on top of this. Bake at 350 F for 25 or 30 minutes (until golden brown).

Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon can be added or nutmeg according to the fruit you use or 1/2 tsp almond extract.

You can also use apples, pears, or berries. My mother has even used cooked sweet potatoes and it was really good.
