Crust
1/2 c plus 2 T butter
1/4 c sugar
1 1/4 c all purpose flour
Filling
1/2 c butter
1/2 c brown sugar
2 T corn syrup
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
Topping
1/2 c chocolate chips
1 T butter
1 T corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Crust, cream together crust ingredients and bake in a 8 inch pan 20 to 25 minutes at 350º.
Filling, Put ingredients into a sauce pan and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over crust and cool.
Topping, Melt topping ingredients and pour over cooled caramel. Allow to cool and cut intosquares.
