1 pkg. corn tortillas
4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 or 2 cans Green Ortega Chilies
1 lb. Jack or Cheddar cheese (or a combination of both).

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and shred or cube into bite size pieces. Make sauce: combine soup, sour cream, chilies and blend in a blender, then heat the mixture, but do not boil. Cook tortillas in hot oil to soften. Put chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll. Place in a13x9 pan. Don’t pack too tightly. Pour sauce over all and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes.
