1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork.
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 small onion grated or finely chopped
14 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce
12 large cabbage leaves
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice or white vinegar

Directions:
Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Blanch 12 cabbage leaves, drain well then place equal portions of meat mixture in centre of each cabbage leaf, hold ends over, roll up and fasten with toothpicks. Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and vinegar and pour over rolls. Simmer covered for 30 minutes, basting occasionally, uncover and continue cooking 30 minutes more.
