Melt & Stir:
1 box stuffing
1 stick butter

Stir together and cook in microwave until about done:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded carrots
Little chopped onion
4 cups sliced zucchini

Put 1/2 to 2/3 of stuffing mixture in the bottom of 9 X 13 pan

Pour vegetable mixture over stuffing

Sprinkle rest of stuffing over top

Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour
