Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 pound bag of cabbage
3 grated carrots - wide side of grater
3 cups mayo
2 lemons
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 grated small onion
scant teaspoon of dill weed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except for the cabbage and carrots, into a quart size container. Pour over the cabbage and carrots and mix well.

A big plastic bag is good for this so it can be turned from time to time. It is best when it can sit overnight in the fridge. You can subsitute a low fat mayo for this recipe but non fat mayo just simply doesn't cut it.
