1/3 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups sifted cake flour
2 squares of semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in the egg. Blend sifted flour and all dry ingredients together. Add sour cream and a little flour mixture to the butter/sugar. Alternate by adding milk and flour to the mixture. When finished, add the cooled down, melted chocolate and vanilla extract.

Bake at 350-375º for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
