1 cup fat free sour cream (I prefer Breakstone's)
1 cup light Miracle Whip
1/2 envelope Ranch dressing mix
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 round loaf pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sour cream, mayo, and ranch mix. Add water chestnuts and stir. Add spinach, making sure it is as dry as possible. Chill for 2 hours or until serving.
Cut top off of bread and scoop out inside to make a bowl. Cut remaining bread for dipping. Spoon dip into bread bowl and serve with bread and/or cut up veggies.
