1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1-cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat together butter and brown sugar, add in egg and pumpkin puree.

Place flour, soda, powder, salt, and spices in a medium bowl and mix together. Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture and stir until combined; add chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoon on cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Bake in 375º oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baker's rack.
