-cooked and cold white jasmine rice
-chinese roast pork - cubed
-scrambled eggs
-soy sauce - to taste- Four Seasons Brand
-scallions - sliced
-ham, chicken or shrimp are other optional ingredients.
-frozen peas - thawed -optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok until very hot.

2. Add cold rice to hot oil and keep cover on wok.

3. Stir for approx. 2 mins. to heat.

4. Add roast pork, stir for 2 mins. to heat.

5. Add soy sauce to taste, lower heat and stir for approx. 2 mins.

6. Add cut up scrambled eggs followed by other optional ingredients.

7. Turn off heat and add scallions last.

8. Serve hot.
