-2 lbs marinated flank steak (or sirloin)
-6 peppers (green, red or yellow) - cut into cubed shape.
-1 onion - sliced into wedges
-6 tomatoes - sliced into wedges
-1/2 cup A-1 Sauce
-1/2 cup Heinz 57 Sauce
-1/2 cup ketchup
-1/2 cup Lea & Perrins Worchester Sauce
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-3 + 3 garlic cloves - minced
-salt
-oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make sauce - mix A1, Heinz 57, ketchup, Lea and Perrins Worchester Sauce and brown sugar together.

2. In small amount of oil, stir fry 1/2 of minced garlic and onions. Add a pinch of salt. Add peppers and continue to stir fry until vegetable are soft, approx. 2 mins. Remove from wok.

3. Add more oil and stir fry 1/2 minced garlic and slices of marinated beef. Add 1/2 of sauce mixture to beef and continue to cook until beef is almost done.

4. Add vegetable and remainder of sauce mixture to beef. Cook until heated.

5. Serve with white jasmine rice.

Marinade for meat usually consisted of 1 egg white, 2 tbsps cornstarch, pinch of salt, fresh ground pepper. Marinate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
