-1lb ground pork
-scallions - sliced
-shrimp - chopped
-soy sauce
-ground black pepper
-sesame oil
-chinese cooking wine
-Squid Brand Fish Sauce
-1 egg white - not beaten
-1 egg yolk
-thin wonton skins - square, not round

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all of above ingredients together, except for egg yolk.

2. Put filling in center of wonton, fold on diagonal, brush beaten egg yolk on 2 corners that are open, stick them together.

3. Drop in boiling water. They will drop to bottom of pan. Let float to top of water. ( approx. 5 mins). Skin will become more translucent.

4. To make soup: heat chicken broth, add wontons to broth and heat. In bottom of soup bowl put some chopped scallions, add wontons and broth to bowl. Serve.
