4 cups chopped rhubarb
6 oz. box sugar-free strawberry jello
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is tender and turning to sauce consistency (about 15-20 mins). Add more water, if needed, so you have a sauce-like consistency. Remove from heat, and store in a glass jar or plastic container in the refrigerator.
Serve warm or cold, just like you would applesauce.
Will keep up to one month in the refrigerator.
