2 lbs. salmon filet(s)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
6 T. margarine/butter, melted
3-6 T. lemon juice
2 1/4 tsp. dill weed
3/4 Tsp. cayenne pepper
lemon pepper seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix sugar, butter, lemon, dill and cayenne pepper. Remove 1/2 c. to a sauce pan and heat gently. Set aside remaining mixture for basting. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper. Place on preheated grill skin side down. Grill, covered, for 5 minutes. Brush with sugar mixture, basting occasionally. Grill until done. This depends on how thick the filet(s) are. Check the thickest part every 5 minutes until done. Serve with the remaining sauce on the side.
