1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions, rinsed in cold water
6-8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and diced
½ medium onion, finely chopped
6 kosher dill pickles, finely chopped
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 can tuna, drained
pepper and salt, to taste
½ cup light Miracle whip (more if desired)
1 cup light mayonnaise
1-2 squirts of mustard, if desired

Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 or more hours. Best when served the next day.
