1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded or grated Romano cheese
½ cup ricotta cheese
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (or more, if desired)
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup chopped fresh basil, or 1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
8 slices (1 ounce each) provolone cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9” pie plate or springform pan with cooking spray. Rinse cooked spaghetti in cold water, drain.
2. Dump spaghetti back in pot that it was cooked in and add all ingredients, except for Provolone cheese. Toss well until spaghetti is well coated.
3. Press half of the spaghetti mixture in bottom of pan. Layer with half the provolone cheese slices. Press the remaining spaghetti mixture on top. Layer with the remaining provolone cheese slices.
4. Bake uncovered about 25-30 minutes, or until hot and light brown. Let stand for 15 minutes so it will hold it shape when you serve it. Cut into 8 servings and serve.
