8 large apples (peeled and sliced thin)
1/2 c. of raisins
1 c. of brown sugar
Gran Marnier liquor to cover raisins (leave to soak in small cup while slicing apples)

Topping:
1 c. of flour
1 c. of pure cane sugar
3/4 c. of vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients of filling together in a bowl and place in an oven safe dish. In another bowl, mix together all of the topping ingredients until it becomes like a dough. Spread all over the top of the apple mixture (its easiest to pat it on with your hands, being careful not to make it too thick close to the sides because it will overflow). Bake in a preheated oven at 300º for about 1 hour 15 min. or until light brown.
