Cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. onion-chopped
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º. Boil head of cabbage until leaves start to fall off. Remove from heat. While leave are cooling, mix hamburger, bread crumbs, and egg together with hands. Add mustard, barbeque sauce, seasoning salt, brown sugar and ketchup. Mix well. Add onions and mix well. Separate cabbage leaves and add hamburger mixture to the center of each leaf. Roll and put seam side down in baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over cabbage rolls and bake for 1 hour.
