fresh asparagus
Paul Newman Balsamic Vinegar dressing
ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off bottom ends of asparagus. Bring pot of water to a boil. Add asparagus to boiling water. AS SOON AS the asparagus starts to turn green, remove from boiling water and put inside colander in ice water to cool immediately. Put the asparagus into ziploc baggie and add dressing to marinate. Chill for 2-3 hours.
