Baby red potatoes
Rosemary (spice-not fresh)
Olive oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut potatoes into 1 in pieces. Put in ziploc bag. Add oil and rosemary and let set for about 15 minutes. Spray cookie sheet with PAM spray and pour potatoes onto cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown.

These potatoes are awesome. I add enough oil to coat and I add ALOT of rosemary. I also cook my potatoes until they are a little dark and crunchy.
