3 cups mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
Salt to taste
butter
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Cut dough into pieces & roll into the size of lady's fingers or larger if desired. Lay on a greased pan & bake at 375 degrees for one hour.
To serve, Heat the milk. Break lady fingers into bite size pieces into soup bowl. Pour the warm milk over, add butter & enjoy. You may also eat it as a side dish with salt or jam.
