2 pkg chopped frozen spinach
2 c stuffing mix without herbs
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach & drain well. Place eggs in large bowl & beat slightly. Add spinach & remaining ingredients. Mix well. Roll into walnut size balls. Place on a cookie sheet & freeze. After balls are frozen, place in a plastic bag & keep frozen till ready to use. Before serving, place on cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 10 to 20 minutes.
