1 loaf round white bread (about 6 inches in diameter)
1 pound ground chuck
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano, crushed
dash of pepper
1 6-ounce can (2/3 cup) tomato paste
3 to 6 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
cherry tomatoes

Slice horizontally across loaf of bread, cutting three 3/4-inch slices from center of loaf; toast. Combine meat with next 7 ingredients (through tomato paste); blend. Spread one-third of meat mixture on each round; broil 5 inches from heat 9 minutes or until meat is done. Add cheese and halved cherry tomatoes; broil until cheese begins to melt. Top with additional cherry tomatoes and ripe olives. Makes 6 average or 3 very generous servings.
