2 #1 cans red kidney beans (drained)
1 large onion (chopped)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 Tbs. chili powder
1 Bay Leaf
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Salt

Toppings:
Tortilla Chips
Cooked White Rice
Shredded Cheese
Black Olives
Sour Cream
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and green peppers in a large skillet. Add to a stock pot with all other ingredients. Use paprika, Cayenne Pepper and salt to suit your own taste. Simmer, covered for 2 hours.

Serve with your desired toppings.
