28 squares Honey Grahams, crushed (2 cups)
1 cups sugar, divided
1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¾ cup eggs or egg substitute
½ cup mashed bananas
1 cup halved strawberries
1 banana, sliced, tossed with 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Chopped Planters walnuts and melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and margarine or butter. Press on bottom of 13’x 9”x 2” baking pan. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs and mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust and bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, sliced banana, and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with chocolate, if desired. Cut into squares to serve.
