1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup liquid shortening
1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
11/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs and shortening to mixture. Add chopped apples. Bake in bundt pan at 350° for 35 minutes.
