1/2 lb. I Cant Believe It's Not Butter (or some such butter substitute)
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter & chocolate in top of double boiler; remove from heat to cool for ca. 12 - 15 minutes.
Meanwhile grease & flour ca. 8 1/2 X 12 baking dish. Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually while continuing to beat. Shake in dash of salt. Add vanilla. Add slightly cooled chocolate mixture to egg mixture. Sift flour into resulting mixture, folding gently (do not beat).
Pour into baking dish & drop walnut bits lightly onto batter if nuts are desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (gooey) or 25 minutes (soft but not gooey).

Sharon said she only makes this recipe when she's having guests and knows she wont be in danger of consuming too much of it herself. Very good working principle!
