1 bag fresh cranberries (freeze for easier chopping)
1 large orange with the peeling
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 cup sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
Start with the cranberries and chop in a food processor or blender. Put in a bowl,
Chop and add the walnuts.
Cut the orange in quarters, remove the seeds then chop the orange with the peel and add to the cranberries.
Add the sugar and blend well. Cover and refrigerate. Taste after 3 hours for desired sweetness and add sugar as needed. This is best made several days ahead of serving.
