-5 large eggs - scrambled
-2 tbsp. heated corn oil
-1 small can chicken broth
-1/4 can water
-1 tsp. salt
-soy sauce to taste
-cooked ground meat or diced roast pork, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place wire circle rack in wok, fill wok with water to rack level.

2. Place round glass baking dish on wire rack - oil bottom of glass dish.

3. Whisk together egg, chicken broth, water and salt.

4. When water in wok is boiling, add egg mixture to glass baking dish. Cover with flat cover (flat dish) so that water condensation does not drip into egg mixture.

5. After 7-10 minutes, sprinkle meat throughout the egg mixture. Cover.

6. When almost done, top with warm oil, soy sauce and more meat. Cover.

7. Cook until set. Total cooking time is approx. 16 minutes.
