½ lb. Roquefort 1 clove garlic, grated
1 lb. cream cheese
2 tbsps. wine
1 jar sharp cheese
½ cup chopped nuts
1 jar smoked cheese
½ cup parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheese by leaving at room temperature for about an hour. Then combine cheeses with Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and wine. Mix well. Roll on wax paper and shape into balls.
