Shrimp Pizza Recipe

1 prepared Pizza crust (Mama Mia or Boboli)
1 lb. Fresh Shrimp
1 can Artichoke hearts ( drained) & chopped
1 8oz. Package Mozzarella cheese
8 Cloves chopped garlic
Olive Oil
4 T. butter
Optional : Black olives, mushrooms or asparagus or any topping you prefer. Not too many or you hide the flavors,

Directions:
Heat the pizza crust at 425 7-10 minutes until slightly crisp.
Clean and peel the shrimp
Saute shrimp in 2 T. olive oil and 2 T. butter with 1/2 of the garlic until shrimp are pink.
Put shrimp on top of the pizza.
Melt the remaining butter with 2 T. olive oil and add the remaining garlic. Pour over the shrimp.
Add the chopped artichoke hearts over the shrimp.
Cover the piazza with the cheese and put under the broiler until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
