4 chicken cutlets
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dijon mustard in a
medium bowl. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese in a
shallow bowl. Dip chicken in butter mixture; dredge in cracker
crumb mixture. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400
degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh
parsley.
