1 1/2 T butter
1/4 c white sugar
1 small egg
1 c sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c brown sugar
1 c sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Place in a lightly greased cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture, then pour sour cream over top. Bake for 40 minutes. Test with toothpick or cake tester.
