7 medium potatoes
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp flour
2 c milk
6 pork chops

Preheat oven to 350º

Wash, pare and thinly slice the potatoes. Arrange layers of potatoes in lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and flour. Add another layers of potatoes, sprinkle again with salt pepper and flour. Repeat until all the potatoes are used. Add the milk. Trim the excess fat from the pork chops and place on top of the potatoes.

Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until the chops and potatoes are tender.
