3 packages of lime jello
3 1/2 pts whipping cream
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water & then add 1 1/2 c juice from the crushed pineapple (Be sure the total liquid amount is 3 cups)

Place in frig just enough to set (or put in freezer 15 min)Mix crushed pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts together. Fold into jello that is slightly set.

Blend in whipping cream and pour entire mixture into mold. Refrigerate until hard.
