2 envelopes unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup creme de cacao
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
8 eggs separated
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups heavy cream (whipped)
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatine, water, creme de cacao, and 1/2 cup of sugar in sauce pan. Place on low heat and stir constantly until dissolved.

Add chocolate morsels. Stir until melted. Remove from heat. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Cool.

Add salt to egg whites. Beat until stiff but not dry. Beat in remaining sugar and continue beating until very stiff.

Fold beaten egg whites into gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Turn into 2-quart serving bowl.

Chill several hours or overnight and sprinkle with pistachios.
