1 large onion, sliced
1 can apple pie filling
Salt and pepper
4 large pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Pour apple pie filling in bottom of 9 x 13" casserole dish. Top with onions, salt and pepper.
2. Place pork chops on top, smear with Dijon mustard. Bake at 350ºF for one hour.
