8 slices of bread (cubed)
2 c. cheddar cheese
8 eggs (beaten)
2 c. milk
3/4 tbsp. mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
1 lb. browned, drained sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, mushroom soup, and 1/2 can of milk. Stirr in bread, cheese, and sausage. Pour into greased
9 x 13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 - 325º for approximately 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
