2 pounds ground venison or other game meat
2 pounds pork sausage
2 cups cracker crumbs
1 to 2 onions, chopped
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (8-ounces) tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine venison, sausage, cracker crumbs, and onions; mix well. Add milk, eggs, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, and half of tomato sauce to meat mixture. Combine well and form into loaf. Bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining tomato sauce and catsup. Bake 1 hour or until done.
