1 tbsp butter
1 1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp flour
2 egg yolks
4 c rhubarb
4 tbsp sugar for meringue

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb in 1/2" pieces. Cook butter, rhubarb, and sugar in pan. When sugar has melted, add egg yolks, slightly beaten. Mix rest of sugar with flour and add. Cooking until rhubarb has a jelly-like consistency. Cool slightly and pour into baked pie shell. Make meringue and spread over pie. Brown meringue in 500º oven for 5 minutes. Watch so it does not burn.
