1 lb. lean ground meat
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1, 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/3 c. sliced pitted olives
1, 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 1/2 to 2 cups crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Chopped avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
1. In a large frying pan, brown ground beef and onion, drain off fat.
2. Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and olives.
3. Separate crescent rolls and place in 9 inch pie pan, pressing to form a crust. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed corn chips on top.
4. Spoon meat mixture onto corn chips, spread sour cream and cover with cheese. Bake at 375ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
5. Serve in wedges topped with lettuce, tomato and avocado.

Leftover pie can be covered with foil and reheated at 375°F for 25 minutes.
