2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
2 tbsp. dried basil leaves or 1/2 c. fresh basil, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
canola oil
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked
3/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/3-1/2 c. half-and-half
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large wok, cook garlic, spinach, and basil in oil until heated through. Remove from wok and keep warm. Add more oil to wok and cook chicken until done. Add spinach mixture back to wok. and mix with chicken. Add cooked noodles, Parmesan cheese, and half-and-half and mix well. Cook until heated through. Salt and pepper to taste.
