1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. rice, uncooked
1 small head cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Italian seasoning to taste
Dried basil leaves to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in skillet. Drain. Stir in uncooked rice. Chop cabbage into large pieces and place in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Place hamburger mixture over cabbage. Combine tomato soup, water, Italian seasoning, basil leaves, salt, and pepper. Pour over top of cabbage mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Check occasionally and add water if needed.
