1ST LAYER:
Graham cracker crust OR
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

2ND LAYER:
1 or 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:
2 pkgs. regular size or 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix ingredients for crust - 1st layer. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix ingredients in 2nd layer and spread over cooled first layer.
Mix pudding mix with milk, spread on 2nd layer. Cover 3rd layer with Cool Whip and sprinkle with ground nuts.
