1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 egg, beaen
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced apples (about 3 medium apples)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and melted butter, add beaten egg and mix well. Add flour, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and fold in diced apples.

Put in 13X9 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 minutes at 350º
